I shopped for my family room sectional sofa and it was easy to navigate

Overall happy with the products I received. The general quality and aesthetic of the products are really nice. All items feel heavy duty and high quality. We will see how everything holds up over time as I just received them. My order was quite large; I ordered the Hunter Bed, Hunter Nightstands, Liza Coffee Table, Norman Counter Stools, and Dresden Modular Sectional. I experienced really long delays in shipping/receiving my products. Ordered Since July and received everything but 1 item in November. I imagine this is mostly due to covid slowing down their inventory though. The side table for the Dresden sectional I received arrived damaged (broken drawer mechanism, and cracked wood), I have already reached out to them hoping for a replacement on this soon. Also there is a dent/blemish on the corner of the frame for the Hunter Bed, likely caused from shipping damage, but is relatively small. The concierge service has already been fast to respond and copy me in emails when ever I contacted them.

So far, so good! I love the style of Rove Concept products and just ordered a womb chair and ottoman. The communication has been great and organizing a pick up using their online booking system was easy. Love that pickup can happen at 7:00 a.m. and also on a Saturday.

Everything with Rove concept is a god deal!!! Delivery was organized, customer support is excellent!!! At the end our home now has Rove concept soul!!! Thank you guys!!!

This is my second time purchasing from Rove Concept. I have been on the website for 4-5 days straight trying to buy pieces of furniture for my new place. I am sorry, but the website is terrible. I don’t think it’s the internet because I surfed the website on both work and personal places. It is incredibly choppy and lags a lot. When you zoom in trying to look at the dimensions, the website does not scale in and out properly. Making it un-clickable, and it covers the measurements at the bottom of the screen, and it doesn’t even scroll. However, I really like the concierge service. Both times when I ordered my items, they were quick to answer and extremely helpful. This is a huge bonus, and I appreciate a live person responding swiftly.
