Overall a decent experience. One thing though is that the wording was deceptive in that I would receive a voucher upon signing up for a membership, but in reality that only occurs after your first purchase (and you have to wait 30 days until after you receive the item in order to get the voucher). None of that was mentioned initially.

Besides the long shipping wait it was worth it love the quality i advise to make sure you take proper measurements it was smaller then I anticipated but it was perfect for the area and as a single parent!
Okay not great
The website was okay, there were some clumsy moments which are hard to describe…ie printed matter running over a picture, not being able to upload my question on live chat. Tried calling the 800 # twice during working hours and it was not available, seems you do not want direct contact. Missed out on flash sale because of it, wasn’t going to make the purchase but did when the sale was offered again a few days later. So far delivery seems to be moving quickly.

We ordered the Aubrey bar chair. Though it was on backorder, it became available a bit early. The shipment arrived on time and the chairs are absolutely gorgeous.

Order process was a bit ‘glitchy’ as I had to set up or renew a membership account with a new shipping address. Took a few tries but eventually got it to work. That aside it all went fine. We were able to rely on some fabric samples we’d received previously to select a sofa finish. We’re excited to see things when they arrive.

Their customer service was subpar. Phone lines were down for some time. Emails would not be returned. This delayed the shipping which delayed my ability to operate my business. They were not amenable to any compensatory options. Difficult to get a hold of them.

Experience was a bit confusing at times. It was a bit hard to understand shipping before going through check out, and still is a bit hard to understand your rewards/voucher program.
Great quality product
It is a great quality product. The team is very responsive in answering questions both before and after the order was placed. A part was damaged in shipping and customer service promptly sent a replacement one. I recommend Rove Concept and would buy there again.
Love our new modern sofa!
We love our new sofa! We got the Dresden Modular Sectional and it definitely fits the modern, sleek and comfortable design that we wanted. I would say that the back of the sofa is on the shorter end (which looks more modern) but definitely take that into consideration in your purchase. We'll use a small pillow if needed to heighten the back of the sofa for movie nights.
