Quality products and great service
Website is easy to navigate. Check out process was quick and easy. Recent items I have gotten from Rove Concept were quality products. Customer service was very helpful and quick to help with any issues.
Great experience, even better furniture
The process was seamless from start to finish. I used the chat portal to ask a bunch of questions throughout my journey before I was ready to buy - and during the waiting period between purchase and shipping - and the customer service reps were all extremely helpful. The furniture arrived on time (in line with the dates listed when purchased) and is more beautiful in person than I imagined. It's great quality and I couldn't be excited for my other orders to arrive (yes, I ordered more). One note, if you order big items like a dresser they are HEAVY. With COVID protocols items are left in first dry area so be prepared to have a helping hand to move anything big. But I would rather heavy than something cheap and flimsy. Everything was packaged super well too. All around fantastic experience and great products.

Rove was so helpful to answers my questions before my big purchase of the modular sectional. I had lots of questions and the rep answered them all. They shipped, kept me informed and the sofa arrived as promised!

Site was easy to use, can’t wait to receive my order. I am hoping that the quality is how it looks on line. If it is I think my whole house will end up being furnished by ROVE lol
Excellent products but Rove needs to arrange for repairs when needed.
All the products we purchased (4 Aubrey kitchen chairs, 3 Aubrey bar stools, Winston Kitchen table, Large Evelyn dining room table, 8 Aubrey arm chairs, Evelyn cocktail table, 2 Lounge chairs, outdoor dining table and 4 chairs) were all beautifully designed, made with high quality materials and assembled meticulously. The actual items were better than pictured online!!
We also loved the generous credit program applied to purchases which allowed us to get more items (the outdoor furniture).
Despite being well packaged, some of the items had some small nicks, discolorations of wood, etc. Every other furniture company I have ever dealt with would arrange to have a service technician come out and correct these small issues. Rove cannot do this at this time but instead applies a discount to damaged items.
I think it would be great if Rove is eventually able to set up a furniture repair service using local companies for items damaged in transit.

I had a very easy experience ordering online with Rove. I’m so excited to receive my order and check out the piece! We already own a bed from ROVE and love it so I’m sure the outdoor couch will be fantastic!

Great modern designs. Looking forward to seeing the Gia desk and Alfred bar stools in our home. Website was frustrating slow and not optimized for online shopping experience.
Angelo Counter Stools
We haven't received our purchase yet but are excited to receive our 4 Angelo counter stools. The only down side was that another product we were very interested in was not available to purchase. Many of the colour combinations that we were interested in were custom order only so that was a bit disappointing.
Website is too slow
Website is too slow, putting item in cart, going through to payment, and browsing the web takes along time to load pages, in several seconds. The sites performance doesn’t match the high end image of the brand.
Couldn’t be more pleased with the quality
We recently ordered 8 custom dining chairs and they arrived quickly, so well packaged and we were so pleased with how nice they were. We just placed another order for a sectional couch and are eagerly waiting for delivery. We were nervous ordering furniture online during the pandemic which we hadn’t tried out but since stores were closed we had limited options so we took a chance with Rove Concepts on the advice of a designer and they did not disappoint!
