Really impressed with the quality and value of the Aubry sidechairs in the vegan leather (natural wood finish and Monaco White PU). They look far better in person than they do in the photos. They're very comfortable, too, with a slightly forward seating position and amble back support. Bigger than I thought they were going to be, but that's a good thing. The curves and design are unique to Rove and one of their most popular chairs for good reason. I wish they carried a few more colours in stock, but I'm happy with the white and natural wood. Very solid feeling too. They look more like a $500-1000+ chair than a $250 chair. Highly recommended. The only negative I might mention is that the warehouse pick-up is a bit of a shitshow. I saved a bunch of money not having them shipped to Vancouver Island, so I can't complain, but the warehouse staff and overall experience wasn't very professional. I think they could improve that by cleaning-up the parking lot and making the warehouse a bit more professional... but really, this is nitpicking. Happy with my order and will definitely shop with Rove again.

Overall my experience was quite good. I was using the chat function to clarify the ordering timelines. Appreciate during these times there are extended wait times etc. The rep was very honest and provided what they could related to my inquiry.

The service is pretty good so far. It would be helpful if the delivery service you use were willing to install the furniture for you (consumers should have the option to).
