Long wait and it's never right
I seem to have an issue with every order but Johanna has always tried to figure things out for me. It's not ideal because I have waited up to half a year for some items but it's better then not getting an alternate solution.

Even better than expected
Overall the furniture arrived in excellent condition - no issues with shipping. We did not have the ability to view the items in person before ordering, but they looked better than we expected when we unboxed everything! We are very happy with the purchases!
We did have some delays in shipping. The items ended up arriving early, but we received no advance warning on the deliveries so we had to scramble to figure out ways to accommodate them in our home and move the large boxes inside. Fortunately we were home otherwise our large / expensive further would have been left on the curb.

I found the checkout process cumbersome. I tried to add an updated delivery address and it defaulted to the old one upon payment processing. So now I have a 7 chair delivery making its way to the wrong address. Other than that, I have enjoyed navigating Rove's website and find their samples to be of great help when selecting items.

Ordering online without seeing the furniture is difficult for a tactile person. Your concierge service made that easier to get all my questions answered and so quickly. Can't wait now to receive my beautiful table and chairs.
Augustus media console is gorgeous
Love that the Augustus media console is available with white or black marble top. The black looks especially luxurious and it’s so nice to be able to customize this detail in a real walnut veneered piece at this price point!

Prior to purchasing some outdoor furniture, I needed some questions answered and the online chat tool was super convenient. I was surprised that the rep knew all the answers to my questions. This helped me a lot to make my decision.
