Love the products-hate the customer service
Love the products - hate the Customer Service. I have ordered from Rove now 10 chairs, a bed frame and an outdoor sectional. 2 out of 3 have had issues that they can’t deal with - both to do with boring the holes in the metal. Their answer is to throw it out and get another one. I just can’t waste like that. I have had everything fixed privately but it would just be nice if they could get it right the first time. The products are all amazing!
Good ordering experience but LONG shipping times
Easy enough ordrering process but shipping times are LONG. Very few pieces "in stock" so you're basically waiting 10-12 weeks to recieve furniture for most orders. Still, looking forward to getting my sectional !!

The concierge email respond took longer than I thought, send on Sunday, did not receive a reply till the next Friday after a follow up email. Other than that, on line chat experience has been great.

I feel very fortunate to have stumbled across an Instagram ad for Rove Concepts. Their products look amazing and their customer service is great.
Although they don’t have a showroom near my home, I was able to engage in a virtual tour with a real life Rove customer utilizing their “host” program. The furniture looked just as good in my FaceTime tour as it did in their online pictures.
When trying to contact Rove, their phone lines were a little backed up, but they always got back to me in a timely manner. Their online chat feature is great too.
I have placed my order and can’t wait to receive my new furniture.

We pre-ordered sectional, it was easy to navigate through website. We are excited and can't wait to have it home. It will take couple months for it to arrive, hopefully worth the wait.

From the time my wife and I first came across a Rove Concepts counter stool while searching online, we instantly loved the look and wanted it. But how do you buy a piece of furniture without an opportunity to sit on it and try it out? This was a concern.
Tried doing online research of RC, and could not find anything negative. So on what were we going to base a decision whether to gamble with this purchase? Ended up, a lot focused on the presentation of their products. Whether online pictures or in their brochures, the quality appeared to be there, displayed with an appearance of a reputable merchant. Spoke several times to staff members, and was equally impressed and confident that "their stuff" was first class and we would be pleased.
We ordered the 4 leather counter stools and they are great. No disappointment whatsoever. And just ordered a desk chair that we are certain will also exceed our expectations.
