Very easy website to navigate and explains details thoroughly. I haven’t received my order yet, buts that’s to be expected.

Love Rove’s style and really looking forward to receiving our new counter height chairs. Had trouble with having the delivery sent to our country home rather than our house in the city. Would be great if an account was able to have a couple of addresses in the system. Contacted customer care though and they told me I could request the new address after purchase so I added it to the notes.

I recently placed an order for Angelo dining chairs. The website was easy to navigate and I reached out to RC regarding questions I had. The concierge team was fantastic and provided a prompt response. I'm looking forward to receiving these beautiful dining chairs.

Visiting the website was a great experience! We found exactly what we wanted and purchased the membership plan along with it. Can’t wait for our product to come in and see how it looks! One thing we would request is have more items available for AR viewing if possible. Unfortunately, every item has the option for “view in my room” but when we get to that page only a select few are actually available to view.

Prior to purchasing my evelyn table and aubrey chairs, I contacted the customer service regarding the size of the table and wood stains. Customer service agents, Alfred and Melisa, were very responsive and helpful! I originally wanted to schedule an appointment to visit the showroom in Melrose, CA but they were booked all the way until first week of June. So I had to solely rely on the pictures on the website for my purchases. I wish that the showroom will be open more days of the week, especially on Sundays.

Although there are some nice items on the the website, I find the website to be extremely slow and not user friendly. This has caused me to look elsewhere to purchase home items. Shipping is also extremely expensive and took almost one month after my item was noted as being in the warehouse.

I have been a customer since 2019 and every product I got (wish bone chairs, Hunter nightstand and now a king size Ophelia bed) has been just great in quality, price and excellent customer service.

I had put in the wrong delivery address and the customer service rep helped me right away, despite it being on Saturday!

Website is clear and easy to navigate. Products are well designed and at a fair price.

I read the reviews but they seemed too good to be true. I went ahead and ordered anyway and was very pleasantly surprised! Great quality and super fast delivery. I’ll surely order from Rove again.
