I placed order for a tulip table with 4 wishbone chairs; subsequently I've contacted online support to change leg colors to black. The representative told me to hold while he/she gets an answer or confirmation for me, so I waited and waited until the system kicked me out. That was about 2 weeks ago, and since then I haven't heard back from Rove concepts, nor was the order shipped.

Everything was smooth and effortless. I appreciated how the membership was integrated with the checkout.
Improvements; 1) the same fabric and color looks very different on different products. 2) the address fields are a bit clunky. I abandoned trying to add a separate shipping address because it said that there was an error, but not which field, and I did not see any wron fields.
Love Rove concepts.
I was searching counter stool and found rove concepts. Great collections. I joined in the membership and bought 2 counter stools. Just perfect.
Great designs
I did a lot of research for furniture pieces prior to purchasing, and compared design and pricing. I ended up choosing Rove for the minimalist and contemporary design. I ordered a bed and a pair of nightstands. Both were shown as 'in stock' on their website. We were able to pick up both items within about 2 weeks from their Santa Fe Springs warehouse. I love these and feel I made a great choice :)

Membership details a little fuzzy
A friend recommended Rove. I've not received the product yet, but all signs point to a good value on well-designed and well-made furniture. I was a little disappointed at the membership details. It's a bit more complex than I originally expected. For example, vouchers expire after 6 months but your membership is one year.
Great Styles!
Great products. So far I have ordered a couple of things from Rove and have found the quality to be wonderful and lux. I love the styles that are available and the palettes to choose from fit perfectly with our home!
A couple of areas for improvement are: The website: it is extremely slow and not really responsive when trying to navigate. The wait times for items to arrive to the warehouse (and then ship out) are excessive and long. Also, not having a customer service telephone number accessible to your clients (especially in the times of a pandemic) is very bothersome.
