I just made my first purchase of Rove Concepts furniture for a new place that I'm moving into. I love their design. Found the customer service quick to respond to my questions throughout the process. Great experience and can't wait to get my furniture!!

Overall good. Had a lot of difficulty trying to get the exact dimensions of the dining table legs. Having said that, the live chat function was really responsive and helpful to have.

I love how all of Rove's products connect on some level from a design POV. It's nice to have the flexibility of mixing/matching different pieces. Also love the perks of being a member.

Although the products and online ordering is amazing, they will not answer any of my calls. I like having human contact when placing large orders. I have tried the live chat but the links do not work sadly. I have sent emails as well with no replies.

Voucher program rules should have exceptions when ordering something on back order. I shouldn’t have to wait an extra 6 weeks to get my voucher if the item I’m purchasing is not available. I understand the need for a waiting period but it should be from order date not delivery date.

Every time I call Rove, the service is amazing. The staff are very polite and extremely helpful in answering all my questions. Their Designer program is also amazing, best i've seen yet! Both my clients and I love their products!

So easy to use and beautiful aesthetics. We have a table from Rove and now a beautiful bed frame. The online help was exactly what we needed. Just waiting for bed to ship..

I have asked a lot of questions about an order, would it fit going up my apartment building, and would Rove be able to process a tax exemption. Rhiannon was super helpful and followed up by email very quickly. This is my second purchase with Rove and I have been very satisfied with the customer service both times.

I got the Chloe Bed from Rove Concepts and cannot wait to receive it. However, the process of making the order was not efficient, the website kept failing in several occasions preventing me to select the fabric color and had to restart it for numerous times. Also, I wanted the solstice color in queen size but was sold out and was not possible to be sure if that would be re stocked sometime soon and I ended up buying the velvet grey fabric one (nice but not my first choice!). Also, the online order system failed and I unsuccessfully tried to place the order over the phone for 24 hours or so. I ended up placing the order online as the costumer service team lasted a long time to call me back after requesting it twice through the concierge (this was very helpful but couldn’t help to place the order).
