I was disappointed in the lack of availability of sales persons that were available to the phone lines. For two days I waited to discuss my intention to purchase a Winston table and prior to placing the order, I wanted to speak with someone. I actually waited in a phone queue for about 30-40 minutes each time and then it timed out on me. I had intended to take advantage of the 24 hr. promo of a 20% voucher but with time factor it didn't happen. Initially I was trying to speak with someone to see if you had a showroom in Vancouver.On a positive note, we were very pleased with our purchase and are excited to actually see the product.

We've not got the product yet but logistically we had a few issues to iron out re delivery at the right time due to our renovation project. This was on my part, not Rove but Helen was excellent to work with and I liked her common sense approach and communication, I felt like she had my back and we resolved it by working together.

Website was easy to navigate, and the process was simple. Couch is perfect. Low back wide cushions, firm. Perfect for a modern apartment. Waiting for the ottoman I just ordered.
Great product but shipping could be faster
I ordered 6 chairs from Rove. Two chairs arrived and they are beautiful and well made. The other 4 were lost in transit (not Rove’s fault). They sent out 4 new chairs but only 3 arrived of which 1 was damaged. (It appeared like another customer’s return.). Another 2 chairs are on the way. Overall, great products and friendly customer service but products take too long to ship especially given that some of them are to resolve previous issues.

The website has a number of glitches which made me uneasy for such a large purchase- but it looks like a beautiful couch. The live chat was helpful- hopefully it all goes smoothly!
I love Rove Concept selection
I love Rove Concept selection. I have ordered all my bedroom and just ordered these beautiful dining chairs. Happy they have them in stock and I can have them in 10 days. The problem with the website is that when you click on different options, it doesn't work most of the times.

To be honest
To be honest, I was a little concern when placing the order online, while it looks like a good fit from the pictures. The counter stools are beautiful and comfortable to sit. They meet all my expectation :)

I was having trouble adding a different shipping from billing address - used the chat line and attendant was very helpful. I like the feedback upon purchase and feel I had a great customer service experience. Am very excited to receive my first product order from Rove!

Overall good experience online
Overall good experience online. I was hesitant to order because I knew I would have to wait a long time for delivery, also the scale of the furniture seemed small by the measurements.
I decided to order anyway because the porter collection is the exact style I am going for.
Also it sucks that I have to wait until delivery to receive my voucher. There is another piece I would like to put it towards but I’ll just have to wait… and probably have to wait even longer for it to be delivered.
