I’m a new customer and I had a lot of…

I’m a new customer and I had a lot of questions. My first customer service representative was Justin and he was very patient and courteous towards me. He assisted me with my selections and sent me a detailed, itemized quote that was very easy to use for me to discuss the furniture selection with my husband. There was three ways to make payment, however I chose to make payment over the phone because I had to change a fabric color before purchasing. My second customer service representative was Juan and he made the changes to my order with ease and accepted my full payment over the phone and sent me an email confirmation of my payment as well as detailed explanation of all my questions and concerns per our conversation. Rove Concept customer service is indeed concierge. It was a pleasure doing business and I’m extremely excited about the expectation of my new dining room furniture.

Great site

Great pieces, lots of good photos, purchase process is simple. Still waiting for order to process, but so far everything has been pretty smooth. My suggestion for their website design is to have separate selection buttons for size like they do for material. On one device one size was shown while on another the other size was shown and no way to select between the two. If you have separate buttons you can grey out when one size isn't available. A small nit, but would have made it clear what is or is not available.

I gave the website a 3 stars because when I was trying to select a color for the angelo chairs from the available list, the image to the left wasn't refreshing with the color that I selected...so hoping that I selected the right color from the 2in square I could see.

Replacement item customer service

My most recent experience with Rove was for the replacement of a broken table top. We ordered the Evelyn dining table paired with the Aubrey dining chairs which is absolutely stunning and would elevate any dining space! It’s functional and gorgeous. Unfortunately, the table top arrived with a crack in it. When I alerted Rove they very quickly offered options for a refund or replacement. I went with the replacement as it’s gorgeous. It has taken much longer to arrive than I would have liked/expected. Delivery times continue to be an issue with Rove but the products are worth the wait.

Not a great ordering experience on mobile

Not a great ordering experience. Confusing interface led to ordering the wrong quantity, link to contact from the confirmation page sent me to a defunct address. These issues really scared me because I had never ordered from this business before and was a little unsure about spending that much money on an online order from an unfamiliar company. It was a little difficult to get ahold of someone to help fix the order, but once I did they were very helpful and resolved the earlier issues. Excited to get the product and would love to see them invest a bit in their UI, especially for mobile experience. At the very least, I hope they update their links for contact information. For anyone else wanting to order, I would recommend using a desktop over using the website on mobile, and using the chat instead of calling if there are issues.

Definitely design and quality is top…

Definitely design and quality is top notch but they need to improve on the delivery times. I see so far the highest delivery times from Rove. It’s like 5-6 months to get a custom order by the time it arrives you will forget that you have even ordered an item. Also the delivery fee rates are to the roof. Other major concern is the website performance. The load time is so high comparatively and images are scattered sometimes.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. I was unable to log in to my account, the phone lines were closed but the chat was open and the person that help me was able to reset my password and help me with my purchase since the system was still giving me an error. The website was having several issues but the customer service was great. That is the reason for my 4 stars.

Support and Website experience

The people providing live chat support and telephone support were incredibly helpful. Waiting for our first order to arrive to see the products personally. Great images and views of products. The back end coding seems a bit heavy for page loading, but I think it is worth the wait.

Designs Are Amazing, Costs Can Be More Transparent

Designs at Rove Concepts are amazing! Excited to receive the furniture I purchased. Unfortunately during the few weeks I was deciding on the items, costs for both furniture and shipping increased. Although understandable due to the current situation, shipping costs can be displayed more transparently to help select items.

Beautiful Design; Poor CS and Shipping

I am only knocking one star because I tried to use the live chat feature during its available hours but it wasn't working. Also, I think the shipping is not only high, but should include delivery into your home.

Online store was easy to navigate. I also ordered swatches prior to my order. Rove Concept sent them out on Priority shipment and I was able to get the swatches in 2 business days which allowed me to place an order quickly. Thank you!

My sweet and to the point review....

Love the the Norman Counter stool. Delivery was great, although one chair was damage. I was very worried because I thought I would share the same experience as another reviewer, but I did not. Side note - You have three days to get this complete, even if you plan on storing them, you should check them first. Anyway, I took the pictures of the defective stool along with the box that it was shipped in and attached to my claim on a Wednesday. I received a response back on the next day, Thursday and my stool was mailed to me on Friday. I am writing this review 6 days from the initial claim day and I have received an email that I should receive my replacement stool tomorrow. So I am pretty pleased with the turn around time. I am planning to purchase the Milo couch. I hope everything goes as well as this transaction, minus the defects.
