I haven’t contact the customer service yet since all the information on the website is very helpful. I would wish if the shipping fee could be lower and if you could ship the item that you have first instead of waiting all the backorders together to ship that would be great. I’d like to buy more furniture, but I’m thinking to go to other stores since I cannot wait for all the items come so late. If I place the orders individually, I have to pay more on shipping. This leaves me no choice.

We have been searching for the right bed locally but have been unsuccessful. When I search online, Rove appeared quite often with the google search, so I went to their site and was impressed with what I saw. After hesitating for several weeks, I finally decided to order a sample of the material. We were very surprised and impressed when it arrived by courier all the way across the country to Halifax within two days!. That was enough for me to hit the button and proceed with the order. One of the reasons for hesitating was the cost for shipping, however, the credit provided for future purchases more than offset this extra cost. It is difficult to purchase furniture online without being able to touch and see it in person, however, Rove does a great job illustrating their products better than any other site we visited. First step completed, now we will wait for delivery which is a little far out but I am sure worth the wait.

Very easy online shopping, good customer service

The web site made the purchase quite easy. We didn’t use the opportunity to chat, but I do wish that there would have been more opportunities for the photos to better reflect the variables we had selected for our order.

Super easy shopping experience, great technical specs and details of each item. 10/10 for online shopping, now just to wait for my table to come in!

It's not the most awesome that I purchased several items, and I won't receive any until all my items are at your warehouse. It would be nice to break it up into at least 2 shipments if there's a delay. Also, the website is quite slow. It takes some patient to play around on the site. The site's content and images are wonderful though. I haven't received any of the items yet, so I can't comment on that yet.

The furniture itself is great. The customer service on the other hand can use some improvement. I was making a return and the return cost was extremely vague and not specific. Trying to get a return picked up also took a really long time and I had to keep following up to ensure pickup would come in a timely manner.
