Quality furniture with great customer service
Smooth shopping process with fast response times. We've bought 5+ major pieces from Rove Concepts, and all of the ones we have received so far have been beyond our expectations. It did take a little while to receive the swatches we requested, but thankfully, that delay didn't interfere with our being able to order the bed we wanted. Would definitely recommend!

Website was easy to navigate. I especially liked the vision pictures showing the item in a staged and decorated shot. It helped me decided the additional furniture that would make the room come together cohesively. The form and function is exactly what I am looking for.

I'm very happy with my shopping experience on Rove. I'm sure everyone who buys furniture online is a bit skeptical about the quality of the items and how they will actually look in person but have no fears with Rove! Everything I received was true to the images and feels extremely high quality and worth the price over cheaper retailers like Wayfair (who I also love btw but the quality is not the same). I have already placed another order through Rove. I just wish I knew ahead of time to trust the site because shipping was so expensive and I'm mad at myself I had to pay for two shipments.

Jury is Still Out
Rove Concept is a higher end store, but I found their website really hard to use and not very intuitive. Pages took a long time to load. I bought a couch but there were no suggestions as to what would work well with it (shape/colours). When you’re spending that kind of money and can’t see or feel it in person, that info would be helpful.
I also find their shipping policy a little shady. They don’t explain that if you don’t order white glove service, your delivery may be dumped at the threshold of your place. There were a number of complaints about this in the reviews.
I’ve also been sent multiple emails since I purchased my couch, each with a new piece of critical information. Why not send one email with all details?
I’m having buyers remorse since everything was a bit more expensive than it seemed upfront and so far, I just have promises of some ROI.
I hope it’s as nice as the photo or my family will be disappointed.

Easy to use website to view and purchase. Orders are slow to be processed, so be aware as this together with the slow delivery can increase lead times (which we are fine with).

Great website, as I was able to schedule a delivery closer to schedule that fits my needs. It's extremely hard to select furniture choices during the pandemic with the limits of not seeing things in person. The product photos on the website were high quality and helped us select the best counter chairs for our new home!
