Overall it’s good
Overall it’s good. The only question I encountered was the white glove service. I asked to separate the order so that I can get one of the items quicker. I paid for the white glove service for the whole order, but when they separated my order, it didn’t show white glove for the separate order. It was a lot of back and forth when the delivery guy was here.
Rove Concept Experience
Buying from Rove Concept has definitely been an experience. Not going to lie, it has been stressfull. From waiting weeks for the products to having issues with the delivery companies to opening claims for damaged good, but for some reason I keep buying from them and still want to buy from them. I do love how everything I’ve bought looks, specially the Hunter Dressers and Nightstands next to the Mikkel Bed. Customer Service has been great. I’ve dealt with 3 different delivery services and the firdt one Pilot Freight Services was the Worst, boxes and items came broken, they would make 2 deliveries for the same order but luckily
Rove fixed this. You have to have patience with Rove. We’re in love with the Angelo Dining chairs as well.
Easy to navigate online purchase
I had no problems finding what I needed, the website is easy to navigate. The check-out process was simple as well. The only small challenge is the first purchase it gave me the option to pick up. For my second purchase, I had to keep pushing buttons, changing my billing and delivery address to get the pickup option to show up.

Downside expected delivery information and shipping costs are not communicated from the beginning. You have to go to check out to find out.

The search function worked well, but the functionality of the ordering through the website seemed ill-suited for an iPad. I would have also liked to have been told earlier in the process that I was going to have to pay a large “membership” fee and what seemed like very high shipping costs.

Error occurred with my packages, was sent the wrong items, wasted time to get them correctly but the good news is that they were extremely helpful about it, fixed the issues, and shipped them free of charge.
Website easy to navigate - membership idea ridiculous for 1 time shoppers
Website easy to navigate. Rove has membership pricing (20%) off and regular pricing. I only needed 1 dining table from them, but I had to sign up for the 1 year membership to qualify for their member pricing which was $150 membership fee. Since I had to pay for membership up front, I didn’t really get much of a discount on my table anyways. Now I’m stuck with a 1 year membership when I wanted only 1 item.
Good service!
The customer service was quick and responsive . I had a few questions about the membership program before placing an order and they were able to answer all my questions via the web chat. They were able to offer 2 month storage at their warehouse for added flexibility , which is perfect in our situation in case their are any changes to our scheduled move in date.

I ordered a dining table just a few days ago. The website was easy to navigate and ordering was easy. It has already been schedule for delivery. Quick turnaround when many companies are having inventory issues. Rove Concepts has some really nice mid century furniture. Looking forward to the table.

Received my dining table and chairs, we still have three more orders to go. Never have bought furniture without seeing it in person so I had to rely on the reviews. Great quality products would have given a 5 but the delivery is a little long for me.

Ordering legit modern furniture online
I recently place my second or third order on Rove C website. I love the modern beauty and comfort of their products so far. However, part of the incentive of ordering my first large piece of furniture online from them was the cash back to use on the website. I still love that feature, but I just discovered that the vouchers are ONLY for use on furniture (no pillows/rugs etc.), and also cannot be combined with another voucher on the same order. Overall lovely site and customer service, but the ins and outs of the membership appear a little unreasonable to me. Will most likely order again if it's the right product for the right price.
